The Aga Khan Education Board for Garden Scrabble Tournament was held on 7th January, 2024 Areesh Aftab of 5-A stood 1st in 9-11 years’ age Category. Arsh Farooq of 7-D stood 3rd in the 12-14 years’ age Category. Both received a Shield and a Certificate.
The 1st KPT Inter-School Chess tournament was held on 21st January, 2024. It was for the Middle School and Senior Students. Maadhav Kumar of 7-A stood 4th in the U-12 age Category. Mohit Kumar of 9-C stood 5th in the U-16 age Category. Both the players received a Medal 🏅, a Shield and a Certificate from Sindh Chess Association.
The SMEC Scrabble and Chess Tournament was held on 22nd January, 2024 at Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology. Shahjahan Ahmed of 7-E Stood 3rd in the tournament and he received an appreciation prize. Aazan Chhipa of 7-E, Khurram Musani of 7-C, Syed Subhan Ahmed of 7-D and Muhammad Sayam Hussain of 9-E were the other prominent players. In Chess, Yahya Moin of 8-E stood 7th while Daniyal Jawwad of 9-E, Muhammad Aazim Salman of 9-E, Shaheer Khan of 8-D, Zohaib Jawwad of 7-E, Yogesh Haryani of 8-B and Muhammad Tuaha Mazhar of 7-C were other notable players.
