“Poetry is what in a poem makes you laugh, cry, prickle, be silent, makes your toe nails twinkle, makes you want to do this or that or nothing, makes you know that you are alone in the unknown world, that your bliss and suffering is forever shared
and forever all your own.”
This year the Primary English Elocution Competition (2021 – 2022) was held on Saturday 13th November 2021 in the School’s Assembly Hall. The poems recited were funny or serious and some were thought provoking too. Understanding, learning and reciting poems is no small feat so we appreciate the efforts put in by all our participants, parents and teachers.
BVS is grateful to Mrs. Anjum Ahmed from The Mama Parsi Girls’ Secondary School and Ms. Tayyaba Malwer from Habib Public School, junior section for having spared their valuable time by coming to appraise our competitors.
