Children’s Day
To celebrate Children’s Day, the students of the Primary Section at BVS were allowed to buy a healthy home made snack box (which included burger, pizza , chicken boti roll, brownie) from the school canteen on Monday 21st November 2022. The School Management also gave each student a pencil with “Happy Children’s Day from BVS”, embossed on it.
“ There are some things, we can’t buy, one of such thing is our childhood days. And that you will realize only when you grow old – enjoy the Spirit of Children’s Day”-
Break fast at Frere Hall
The students of Grades 1/2/3 were taken to the Frere Hall during school hours on different days to enjoy the fresh winter morning.
The students sat on mats, had their breakfast which their mums had prepared for them early in the morning – BVS would like to thank all mums & dads for taking interest and preparing healthy snacks for their child. The teachers also took the students on a round and showed them the different areas of the Frere Hall. Different games were also played there and everyone enjoyed the day-
Grand Parents’ Day
Grand Parents (Dadas / Dadis / Nanas / Nanis ) were invited to school on Tuesday 6th December 2022. The grand sons spoke on the importance of grand parents in their lives and in turn the grand parents too spoke a few words on grand parenting. Emotional scenes of happiness were also witnessed when grand parents could not control their feelings being present at their grand sons’ school-
BVS would like to thank the grand parents for taking out time and not only being present on 6th December 2022, but for also bringing in special goodies for their grandson’s classmates.
“A grand parent is a little bit parent, a little bit teacher and little bit best friend”-
