The Annual Secondary English Elocution took place on Tuesday 29th October, 2019. The event was held in the school premises. Approximately 40 students participated in 3 categories, Groups ‘D’, ‘E’, and ‘F’. The students recited poems by famous poets in the likes of Rudyard Kipling, Walt Whitman and William Shakespeare. The judges, Ms. Jennifer Johnson from Karachi Grammar School, and Ms. Misbah Karamat from Teachers’ Resource Center stated that the judgement was based on articulation, facial expressions and delivery. They also proclaimed that it was an honour to judge such a prestigious and well-managed competition and that the participants knocked it out of the park! Finally, they expressed their gratitude to the Principal for inviting them and also appreciated the audience.
