GRADES 1/2/3 (ALL SECTIONS)
While our senior students were busy with their mid-term examinations, our Grades 1/2/3 students were entertained with different activities.
The students of Grades 1 and 2 made rattles of net, plastic eggs, spoons and bells for Babies Day at BVS. Grade 3 students made a peacock with different seasonal fruits cut and placed on shashlik sticks. Credit for the activities goes to the talented art teachers.
In-house movie “The Beauty and the Beast “was shown to the students for the upcoming primary concert BEAUTY & THE BEAST.
“Canteen Day” was also organized and each student went to the school canteen and bought a healthy food snack box made especially for them by our Canteen Incharge.
On 11th December 2018, the baby siblings (ranging from 2 months to 1.5 years) of students of Grades 1/2/3 accompanied with their moms or dads came to BVS for a fun filled morning. Our students spoke of their love for their sibling and how they help their parents in taking care of the young one. Some babies who could crawl or walk went around the Indoor games area which was decorated with buntings and balloons for the day. Some of the BVS staff members whose babies stay in the school’s day care room while their moms work, also came in to join the celebration. Each little bundle of joy was presented with a gift bag and went home happily.
The students of Grades 1 & 2 went to the Karachi Zoological Gardens on 5th December 2018 to study the habitats of different living creatures and had a great time taking rides in the train and being treated with a bag of hot yummy popcorn. The students of Grades 3 went to the National Museum on 13th December 2018 and had a look at the ancient monuments beautifully displayed at the museum. The Museum Management treated our boys with a pack of juice and biscuits.
On 18th December 2018 the whole Primary Section enjoyed the movie “RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET” a visual treat for children of all ages at the Capri Cinema.
The term ended with the Result / Party Day on 21st December 2018. The Results of students of Grades 1/2/3 only, were announced on that day but the entire Primary Section enjoyed the party where students brought in delicious snacks from home and shared the same with their class mates. They wished HAPPY HOLIDAYS to each other and went home with big smiles on their faces.
